People volunteering for certain roles within the Club will need to obtain and provide details of a Working with Children's Check if 18 years or over and if not exempt. Anyone undertaking a first aid/medic role is also required to provide a current First Aid Certificate to the Club before fulfilling the role. This form allows Volunteers to upload details of their Accreditation or Exemption which is then held on a central register until it expires.
